No breadcrumbs and no heavy coating, but an even, golden batter that surrounds the shrimp without compromising its texture. This keeps the prawn tender and juicy, with a clear bite and a full seafood flavour.

In the kitchen, they are fast and predictable to work with. The Shrimp Balls are supplied in boxes containing two bags of 2.5 kg, yielding approximately 115 pieces per bag. This makes them easy to use at multiple moments, for example in bowls, salads, burritos and other streetfood dishes.
