A new product at LA Streetfood never starts behind a desk. It starts on the street, in a kitchen, or during a trip when someone says, “You have to taste this.” Arno jumping on a plane between trade shows and workshops to test new ideas with producers. A new sauce we tasted in The Big Easy, New Orleans. Or me, laughing out loud in Chicago at something called Fried Pickles-until I took the first bite.
