Preparation

What can this fantastic Cheddar Cheese Sauce be used for?! Well, almost everything! Hot dogs, burgers, fries, nachos, toast, quesadillas and burritos. It can be used for basically anything that you want to throw a thick cheese sauce over!

This topping is very easy to keep warm in a pan or in the Bain-marie.
