Loaded Tater Tots have been a hit in American cuisine for years! Crispy potato bites, cheesy toppings, fresh sauces… and exactly that “messy vibe” your guests love. This Tatcho, our own twist on the American “Totcho,” combines it all in one over-the-top dish. Still hardly found on Dutch menus, which makes it the perfect opportunity to stand out! Easy to prepare, perfect as a bar snack, side, or late-night bite, and guaranteed to be a dish guests come back for.

A quick and distinctive recipe for hospitality businesses looking to serve something new

See the step-by-step preparation below:

  1. Frying: Fry the Tater Tots until golden brown and crispy. Let them drain briefly on paper towel.

  2. Build: Spread the Tots over a tray or plate. No tower, just a flat layer you can easily build on.

  3. Cheese Sauce: Heat the Cheddar Cheese Sauce in a saucepan or bain-marie until it’s nicely smooth. Generously pour over the Tots so every bite is creamy.

  4. Toppings: Pipe dots of Guacamole in various spots and add small spoonfuls of Chunky Salsa for a bit of heat.

  5. Swirl: Zigzag the Ranch Dressing over the top for creaminess and visual impact.

  6. Seasoning: Sprinkle the dish with Fajita Seasoning for extra depth, spice, and character.
