This Mexican guacamole is made using a traditional recipe. With 84% ripe Hass avocado, red pepper, onion, coriander, salt, garlic and lime juice. No additives. Just a fresh, full avocado flavour.
Thanks to HPP, it stays green, fresh and food-safe for longer. This high-pressure treatment uses no heat, preserving flavour and texture. Once thawed, the unopened bag keeps for 30 days in the fridge. The airtight piping bag also helps it stay green for longer after opening. Flavour and texture remain good for up to two days after opening.
