It started on the streets, at food trucks in London. There, chefs were making their own bacon jam in small pans over the flame, slowly cooking it down to that rich, homemade flavour. Together with Smoky Mountains, we translated that idea into a version that works perfectly in foodservice.

Everything is 100% natural, slowly cooked and free from artificial additives. Arno worked alongside the producer in Ireland to fine-tune the balance between salt, sweetness and umami. The result is a rich, layered flavour with a subtle smokiness. Homemade quality.
