See below the step-by-step preparation:

1. Season the minced meat: Add a generous scoop of All Meat Seasoning to the Vegan minced meat and mix well.

2. Make and cook the meatballs: Form small meatballs and cook them in a pan until they are golden brown and firm.

3. Toast the Brioche Bun: Grill the Brioche Bun lightly until it is nicely golden brown and crispy.

4. Melt the cheese: Sprinkle the meatballs with MexMix Gouda-Cheddar Cheese and let the cheese melt.

5. Assemble the sandwich:

   • Place the meatballs on the bottom half of the Brioche Bun.

   • Add a generous scoop of Caramelized Onions.
