Cook the burger:
• Place the Pre-Smashed Burger on a hot griddle and immediately press it flat with a spatula into a thin, even smash.
• Cook briefly until the bottom is golden brown and crispy and season with Burger Magic seasoning.
• Then place the flour tortilla on top of the cooked side of the burger and press lightly so they stick together. -
Melt the cheese: Flip the burger with the tortilla and immediately place the cheddar slice on the burger so it melts while the other side cooks.

Assemble:
• Remove from the griddle and top with freshly sliced tomato and onion
• Add Original Fried Pickles for extra crunch and fresh acidity
• Pipe American Mustard and Tomato Relish in stripes over the top
• Finish with a drizzle of Hickory BBQ Sauce
