Description:

A cheese sauce that tastes as if the chef made it fresh this morning. Thick, creamy and full-bodied, with that slight glossy layer of fat on top. With real, visible pieces of chilli throughout. Not a smooth sauce from a bottle, but one with real texture.

Made with mature cheddar and Red Leicester. Just enough heat to make it dangerously delicious. Pour it over nachos, loaded fries, a smashburger or hotdog, or serve it at the table as a warm dip. The warmer you serve it, the fuller the flavour.

Preparation:

Delivered frozen in convenient 400-gram pouches. Defrost, gently heat in a bain-marie and it is ready for service.
