Together with the Dungarvan Brewing Company, Ballymaloe has developed an unforgettable Stout Steak Sauce. Full of flavour that goes wonderfully with a steak or a Beef Burger. The Ballymaloe steak sauce is made from slow-cooked tomatoes, tarragon and, of course, Irish Stout. This creates a thick, slightly sweet sauce. This Stout Steak Sauce comes in small handy spray bottles.
Preparation
Great Irish Steak Sauce from the Irish brand Ballymaloe. The sauce is prepared from the Ballymaloe Tomato Relish that has been slowly reduced with Irish Stout Beer and various herbs such as tarragon. Delicious on burgers, hot dogs, steaks and on the BBQ!
